Job Responsibilities
- Sales enquiry acknowledgement and building customer relationships
- Evaluation of customers
- Ensuring timely proposal submissions by coordinating with relevant team members
- Ensuring technical queries are answered promptly
- Interacting with appropriate teams to gather necessary information for bidding
- Follow-ups for proposal submissions with concerned team members
- Maintaining and updating the customer database in ERP SAP B1
- Handling customer visits
- Customer relationship management
- Creating awareness of and developing the brand being marketed
- Assisting with marketing plans, advertising, direct marketing, and campaigns
- Supporting the marketing manager in delivering agreed activities
- Conducting market surveys
- Preparing project reports
- Contributing to growth forecasting
- Creating company presentations
Education & Experience
- 0 to 2 years of experience in the industry
- Graduate/Postgraduate degree
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Preferred industry background: EPC company in the process field
