Manufacturing of pressure vessels and Heat Exchangers, Manpower Planning & Handling, Shop Floor Activities, Dispatch Planning.
Job Responsibilities
Assist in the fabrication of pressure vessels and heat exchangers, ensuring adherence to industry standards.
Support material selection and verification processes in line with project specifications.
Aid in conducting stage-wise inspections and maintaining traceability throughout the
manufacturing process.Assist in preparing and reviewing dispatch documentation, including inspection reports and shipping manifests.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
Utilize ERP and SAP systems for inventory management, order tracking, and reporting.
Support in preparing detailed cost estimates for manufacturing processes, including material, labor, and overhead costs.
Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations during manufacturing processes.
Report any issues that arise during the manufacturing process and assist in implementing corrective actions as necessary.
Education & Experience
- B.E Mechanical/Production with 4-7 yrs experience in EPC companies in process field
Knowledge/Skills
- Practical knowledge of SS, fabrication
- Machining Knowledge – Turning, Drilling, Milling, Grooving, forming, Welding – SMAW, GTAW
- Strong organizational Leadership and English communication skills, Budgeting, Costing
workout, Manufacturing Drawing Checking, Process & planning Skills, Multi Projects Handling, etc. - knowledge of engineering principles and ability to create and read technical drawings
- ERP, SAP, ISO, ASME, CE marked job knowledge
- Knowledge of Hygienic Pipe fittings, Skid Systems
- Organization and time management to complete work to project deadlines
- A flexible approach to decision making
- Problem solving, creativity and innovation in order to come up with solutions
- Knowledge of health and safety requirements in order to design in line with industry standard

- Willing to stay around Factory location (Kalamshet, Paud)
