Product Description

Hypro filter vessels are designed in accordance with sound engineering practice and hygienic industry norms. The mechanical design of the tank is based on relevant sound engineering practices where the code regulations are not precisely defined for a given situation, practical experience has been applied for. Process design (Heat transfer areas are based on a tailor-made by our company & As per Hygienic Process Design & Practice. The tanks are suited for indoor installation. All piping related to glycol, steam, and including cable conduits is routed through the insulation. The product piping is considered to be designed in accordance with a rigid piping concept with a flow plate.

Functionality

Pre-filter Buffer Tank – Cylindrical tanks are complete with Shell, top dish, and bottom dish. Cold Insulated Tanks with PUF as insulating material with load cells sample valve
Post Filter Buffer Tank – Cylindrical tanks are complete with Shell, top dish, and bottom dish. Cold Insulated Tanks with PUF as insulating material with level transmitters & sample valve.
Spent KG Tank -Cylindroconical tank with shell, cone, top dish.
This tank is just storage to collect waste KG or used off Kieselguhr In Candle filter. It is then disposed of outside the plant through trucks. As it’s slightly hazardous & Toxic in nature.
Silica Gel & PVPP dosing Tanks are cylindroconical with shell cone & top mounted agitator.
3 HL/6 HL tanks with dosing pump at the bottom which will be used for silica & PVPP solutions
Sample valve: – 1 Micro-port & 1 Membrane type Keofitt make sample valves with CIP supply pipe from operating level in the cellar to the tank top is provided to all tanks
Hygienic Process piping, fittings butterfly valves where ever required in
OD based in SS 304 material for Young Beer, Beer, DAW, CO₂ & Air vent, CIP S/CIP R.
