Manufacturing of pressure vessels and Heat Exchangers, Manpower Planning & Handling, Shop Floor Activities, Dispatch Planning.
Job Responsibilities:

- Assist in the fabrication of pressure vessels and heat exchangers, ensuring adherence to industry standards.
- Support material selection and verification processes in line with project specifications. Aid in conducting stage-wise inspections and maintaining traceability throughout the manufacturing process.
- Assist in preparing and reviewing dispatch documentation, including inspection reports and shipping manifests.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project goals and
timelines. - Utilize ERP and SAP systems for inventory management, order tracking, and reporting.
- Support in preparing detailed cost estimates for manufacturing processes, including
material, labor, and overhead costs. - Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations during manufacturing
processes. - Report any issues that arise during the manufacturing process and assist in implementing corrective actions as necessary.
Education & Experience
- B.E Mechanical/Production with 5-7 yrs experience in EPC companies in process field
Knowledge/Skills
- Practical knowledge of SS, fabrication
- Machining Knowledge – Turning, Drilling, Milling, Grooving, forming, Welding – SMAW, GTAW
- Strong organizational Leadership and English communication skills, Budgeting, Costing workout, Manufacturing Drawing Checking, Process & planning Skills, Multi Projects Handling, etc.
- knowledge of engineering principles and ability to create and read technical drawings
- ERP, SAP, ISO, ASME, CE marked job knowledge
- Knowledge of Hygienic Pipe fittings, Skid Systems
- Organization and time management to complete work to project deadlines
- A flexible approach to decision making
- Problem solving, creativity and innovation in order to come up with solutions
- Knowledge of health and safety requirements in order to design in line with industry standard
