Weak Wort System

Weak Wort Tank – Made in SS 304 L. To collect last runs from Lauter Tun /Mash Filter. Vertical cylinder conical tank construction with leg supports. Complete with CIP Device stationary, vessel manhole, and process nozzles. The tank is insulated and welded clad with SS 304L.
This collected weak wort is transferred from the weak wort tank to the Mash Kettle/ Premasher of the Mash Kettle through a weak wort pump. The system can be integrated into existing automation (PLC HMI/ PC PLC SCADA).
