- Preparation of Plot plan layout
- Equipment Layout drawings, skid layout drawings
- Equipment foundation Layout drawings, Pipe routing & G.A of piping
- Providing vessel orientation drawings
- Pipe fittings
- valves welding Module drawings
- Standard drawings for commonly used assemblies
- pipe fittings
- 3 – D models of piping
- layouts
- Civil
- Architecture & Structural Drawing Review
- Vendor/Supplier drawings review
- Pipe support drawing
- Site tracing of piping systems and preparation of as-built drawings.
Role: Mechanical Design Engineering & Drafting
Education & Experience
- Diploma or ITI in Mechanical Piping, Hydraulic preferred with 2-4 years of experience in EPC (Project Based) companies for Breweries, Fruit processing, Beverage, Pharma.
- CAD Certification is a must.
Knowledge/Skills
• Sound knowledge of Auto CAD 2D and 3D software (solid edge preferred)
• Sound knowledge of standards and codes like ASME, U-stamp, EN
• Knowledge of SS material
• Ability to transfer, display and manipulate your work using Microsoft Office and other programmes
• Organisation and time management to complete work to project deadlines
• A flexible approach to decision making
• Spatial and design skills to be able to visualise projects in 2D and 3D
• Problem solving, creativity and innovation in order to come up with solutions to design problems
• Knowledge of health and safety requirements in order to design in line with industry standard
• Ability to work well independently and in a team
