Hypro Brewhouse is available in both Semi-Automatic and Fully Automatic configurations to suit diverse brewing requirements. Brew iT, Hypro’s proprietary brewery software, provides brewers with a powerful platform to monitor, control, and optimize brewing processes and plant operations. 

The brewhouse is designed to produce up to 9 brews/day and features a Mash Kettle, Lauter Tun, and Wort Kettle with thermosyphon wort boiling. As the heart of exceptional beer production, every Hypro Brewhouse is engineered with advanced features for brewers who demand uncompromising performance and consistent brewing excellence.

Mash Kettle

  • Kettle designed for heating rates from 1.2 to 1.5 Deg C/minute.
  • Heating and rest in accordance with mashing with the time-temperature profile.
  • Total mash volume agitation in a dynamic manner enough to move the entire mass But gentle enough to protect the husk and avoid shear force damage during agitation.
  • Kettle with automated water mixing station for achieving the desired water temperature during mashing in.
  • System designed for low mash velocity during transfer and using LR bends in piping.
  • Heating jackets in a proven design for long life leakage free
  • Effective Condensate removal system with Auto pumping trap system to factor in condensate removal under varying steam pressure conditions.
  • Kettle design and manufacture in accordance with hygienic requirements and to facilitate ease of cleaning during CIP.

Lauter Tun

  • Designed for production up to 9 brews/day
  • Lauter Tun with false bottom selected to provide maximum free passage for wort during the lautering process.
  • System for cleaning/flushing of the false bottom by special nozzles.
  • Wort collection nozzles connected with ring and vessel system for equal wort flow from all points.
  • Absolutely flat true bottom which facilitates ease of liquid removal and no hold-up or residues.
  • Rakes vertical movement by the option of Hydraulic system / Mechanical system.
  • Sweeping blade operation mechanical type simple and trouble-free.

Weak Wort System

  • Weak Wort Tank Made in SS 304 L  to collect last runs from Lauter Tun/Mash Filter.
  • Vertical cylinder conical tank construction with leg supports.
  • Complete with CIP Device stationary, vessel manhole, and process nozzles.
  • The tank is insulated and welded clad with SS 304L.
  • This collected weak wort is transferred from the weak wort tank to the Mash Kettle/ Premasher of the Mash Kettle through a weak wort pump.
  • The system can be integrated into existing automation (PLC HMI/ PC PLC SCADA).

Heat Recovery System

The purpose is to recover heat that can be released by Wort vapors during Wort Boil-off. The heat recovered shall be used for Wort Preheating

  • Vapor Condenser: Shell & Tube Exchanger in SS 304L material. Designed and sized for high fouling rates of the organic vapors generated during Wort Boil-off. Complete with vacuum breaker. Vapors will be condensed using water.
  • Energy storage tank: These condensed vapors are collected in SS 316 tank called an Energy storage tank.

Smart Wort Cooler

The smart wort coolers not only saves water in the breweries but also saves electrical energy spent in the refrigeration plant.
