Duty Drawback working for exports in Forex

Export Invoicing with all necessary documents

LC receipt evaluation and documentation

Mate receipt collection

Packing lists

Sales invoice

Supposed to co-ordinate with SCM

RFQ, Negotiation, Evaluation, ROI, PR-PO

Invoice checking, Clearance, Payments etc.

Shipping agency co-ordination
-
Shipping Bill and BRC till closure
-
Advance license application
-
Advance license closure
-
Bonds, BG’s for custom house
-
FX payments to suppliers and its closure with BOL
-
LC issuance
-
TDS deductions as per the case
-
Bank co-ordination for day-to-day matters

Bank reconciliation

LC related
-
Registration on ports Mumbai, JNPT, Sea, Air for Bank
AD codes -
Forex utilisation planning and hedging

Historical data of Forex – INR
-
GST credit register, cGST, iGST, sGST
Education& Experience
- Graduation in B Com / MBA (IB) having equivalent technical manufacturing environment
with 4 to 7 yrs experience - Preferred Industry background – EPC company in Process Field
- Leadership ability and preferably experience
Knowledge/Skills
- Ability to multi-task, and adjust priorities
- Good communication skills
- Having SAP Knowledge
- Presentable, Sensible
