• Design of Equipment’s – Static, pressure vessels and heat exchangers
• Ancillaries for pressure vessels and systems
• ASME/DIN/AD /EN Codes knowledge
• Fabrication drawing
• Design – Structural supports, platforms, staircases
• ISO System implementation and updation
• Name plate contents
• Drawing lists and drawing transmission
• Filing
• Bill of Quantity and weight calculations
• Standardisation
• Tank dispatch packing arrangement
• As built drawing
• As built BOQ
• Material Properties
• Vessel foundation data – static and rotary
• Dynamic load data – rotary
• Skid designs
• Vibration analysis of rotary equipment
• Support designs for vessels, pipe racks
• Insulation drawings
• Cladding drawings
• Bill of Quantity and calculations for insulation and cladding
• Welding details
• SAP material data base and its updation, SAP Implementation
• Data management system implementation and vigilance
• Calculations for CE / ASME/AD requirements
• Weight calculations
• Weight certifications for contractors
• Cutting layouts, sector layouts
• Welding length calculations and circulation
• Cutting length calculations and circulation
• Dish end development drawings and plate layout
• Integration of bought out into vessel Detailing and engg
• Approval of vendor drawings pertaining to static
• Review of vendor drawings for rotary items
• Apart from above whenever and whatever job demands for Hypro’s growth shall be applicable
Education& Experience
- B.E Mechanical with 10-15 experience in EPC companies for Breweries, Fruit
Processing, Beverages, Pharma. - 3D software knowledge is must.
Knowledge/Skills
- Strong organizational Leadership and English communication skills, Budgeting, Costing workout,
Manufacturing Drawing Checking, Process & planning Skills, Manage Design Team, Multi
Projects Handling, etc. - Knowledge of engineering principles and ability to create and read technical drawings
- IT skills and experience using computer-aided design software such as AutoCAD and Solid works
- The ability to transfer, display and manipulate your work using Microsoft Office and other
programmes - Organisation and time management to complete work to project deadlines
- A flexible approach to decision making
- Mathematical skills to complete calculations and estimates
- Spatial and design skills to be able to visualise projects in 2D and 3D
- Problem solving, creativity and innovation in order to come up with solutions to design
problems - Knowledge of health and safety requirements in order to design in line with industry standard
