Job Responsibilities

•  Customer coordination
• Project planning bar charts
•  Project monitoring and control
•  Weekly meetings with internal departments
•  Project Delay forecast analysis and critical alerts to
  management
•  Follow ups with relevant departments
•  Material required by Date on indent
•  Material read head as per B/S
•  Material receipt review
•  Drawings/ Document issue to customers with list
•  Project Status report to customer weekly basis
•  TPI – QC- Customer co-ordination
•  Dispatch Planning
•  Dispatch packing list
•  Dispatch Intimation to customer
•  Site Execution Planning
•  Electrical & mechanical Installation at site
•  Planning and control of agencies for execution
•  Machinery tools and tackles
•  Material storage on site
•  Cranes contractor data base, management
•  Mechanical works management on site
•  Electrical works management on site
•  Insulation contractor management
•  Refrigeration contractor management
•  Automation contractor management
•  Instrumentation contractor management
•  Pressure testing at site
•  On site expense budgeting
•  On site expense tracking
•  Installation completion intimation to customer
•  Site labour certifications
•  Site manpower approval
•  Site safety compliances
•  Site statutory compliances
•  Contractor bill certification
•  Crane contractors’ data base
•  Site feed backs for betterment
•  Site visit Pre – Execution
•  Sire handing over certification
•  Site completion reporting to commercial terms
•  Payment follows up assistance
•  Customer feedback post site completion
•  O &M Handover
•  Site completion photographs
•  Site completion report as per format
•  Site issues faced list and feed back to depts
•  SAP material data base and its updation,
•  Data management system implementation and vigilance
•  ISO Documentation

Education & Experience

• Bachelor of Engineering Mechanical with 2 to 3 years of experience having technical
  manufacturing environment
•  Proficient with Microsoft office, including project
•  Preferred Industry background – EPC company in Process Field

Knowledge/Skills

• Ability to read and understand technical drawings, and specifications
•  Ability to plan and execute projects
•  Ability to multi-task, and adjust priorities
•  Ability to manage customers, suppliers, and internal functional groups (as necessary)
•  Ability to manage information flow for project and risk management
•  Proficiency with MRP/ERP systems & Microsoft Office
